i know it's more work but...any suggestions for other options for czech? not all the links are available in czech so i worry that it would be a poor user experience. lmk if you have any suggestions

I don't think that sites/add-ons in "Getting started" have good equivalents in czech sites. Maybe Topix is possible replace by Google News (available in Czech too - http://news.google.com/news?ned=cs_cz) but I'm not sure.

good suggestion about topix - at least it's in Czech
i will do some research for other equivalents available in Czech. If you can ask any of your community members? or post in one of your forums that would be great

Looks like very old bug here :(. We have some possible replacements which will improve start page for czech users. Our suggestions:

Clipmarks
-> Can we link czech spell dictionary here? (https://addons.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/addon/3394)

Wikipedia
-> change link to czech version of Wikipedia (http://cs.wikipedia.org/)

Topix
-> Google News in Czech (http://news.google.cz/)

craigslist
-> Bazar.cz (http://www.bazar.cz/). Biggest czech website for online classifieds.

Yelp
-> CeskeHospudky.cz (http://www.ceskehospudky.cz/). Czech website about locale restaurants.


Undecided

Milos, see r93130 for updated text and icons.zip for icons (attached in this bug). I don't know which icon choose for czech spell dictionary. Maybe some generic icon for add-on? As I see block with Clipmarks add-on is hidden via CSS. Bug or feature?

feature, the add-on is hidden for now because it's not compatible with Firefox 4+
