Is it legal to add some links to the local community? 

I wish to add link to Mozilla Israel (http://mozilla.org.il) and to replace sumo with our local community forum or to add it to the list beside sumo.

No, these links should go into the Community page which was created for that, the right process is not to replace SUMO links but to work with David Tenser on adding  local ciommunity support sites to the SUMO start page.

Hi Tomer,

The http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Other+Firefox+support page is linked to from the start page and is localizable. This means you can create a Hebrew version of the start page and this page and add links to Mozilla Israel there.

agora = for exchanging goods for free, not selling them.
 tapuz is a communities website.
blogli =  wordpress.com clone, which is quite popular in the local market.

so ok by me. while agora isn't hugely popular (according to Tomer) it does seem to work well in terms of the UI 

if you guys are ok with these I'm ok with them

can you confirm where you'd list these
e.g., agora=craig's list replacement
and the others?
