i'm not sure how zotero would be broadly useful to Kannada users, I'll take your word for it though
what does http://kendasampige.com/ do? and thatskannada.oneindia.in ?

kendasampige.com is the collection of article written by Kannada users spread across he world and its gets updated daily.
thatskannada.oneindia.com has got section where one can get the local classifieds.
