Have translated the getting started page.
The only change in the links to be made is for the link for wikipedia. ie, instead of http://www.wikipedia.org/, the link must be changed as http://www.ml.wikipedia.org/.

Please correct it and attach it to the tracking bug 428145, this one is only for potential link changes aproval.
