nb-NO and nn-NO have identical recommendations. We'd like to do the following substitutions in the list:

* Remove http://www.hypem.com/, add http://www.nrk.no/urort/
  NRK Urørt is a web page where norwegian artists can freely upload their music. This is mostly artists with no recording contracts.

* Remove http://www.craigslist.org/, add http://www.finn.no/
  It's the most popular classifieds site in Norway.

* Remove http://www.yelp.com/, add http://www.myspace.com/
  Yelp.com has no relevance to norwegian users.
