When downloading .msi-files, the download manger window is too small. I haven't found this to be a problem with other file types.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download .msi-file

Actual Results:  
Only half of the download manager is shown

Expected Results:  
Show the entire download manager window

It looks like this problem is happening because the plugin "Downthemall" is adding an entry into the download window.
