Details

oleacc.idl is no longer included in the free SDK provided by Windows, so we should stop relying on it if possible.

oleacc.idl is not a deprecated header. It was accidentally/buggily not included in the vista sdk. It has been re-included in the win2k8 SDK. It is required to build mozilla be we use derived MSCOM interfaces, not merely C++ impls.
