Anchor tag image lost and then all tag images are lost [except body]

you should be in `normal` edit mode.
show the edit mode tabs.
you'll see an anchor icon before `A Named Anchor is just before this sentence.`
click show all tags.
If you did not select the anchor image, it's gone.
You will now see H2, P, HR, Div, B, A, Span, and some other tag's as yellow
blocks.
If you select nothing and click normal, all visible tags except Body will not
paint.
For fun you can scroll further down, and toggle between normal and show all
tags, I can get the H4 near reruns to disappear too, and the table tags.
I can't kill OL or LI.
Once tags are lost they do not regenerate. Bolding text will bold it, but the B
will not appear.
