XML content randers properly at first but as soon as you click on the wheel of a microsoft mouse (this enables the scroll feature) the XML displays as plain text.

XML will not display unless the page is reloaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up an XML page
2. Click on mouse wheel
3.
Actual Results:  
XML displays as plain text

Expected Results:  
Continue displaying xml as xml

Bug 215762 was marked fixed on 2007-06-14, pre-dating Firefox 2.0.0.14.  So clearly, the problem has come back.  I for one am still experiencing it.

Fixes like that do not end up in the security and stability updates. It is fixed for Firefox 3
