The customizable toolbar can be customized once, however, after if you try to drag icons off of it they just get clicked rather than allow themselves to be dragged off. Dragging new icons on works still after the first time. Got rid of all the addons to make sure there wasn't a conflict and the bug still appeared.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the toolbar and click customize...
2. Close the toolbar customization panel.
3. Repeat step 1 and try to drag any of the buttons on the toolbar off.
Actual Results:
The buttons I wanted removed stayed active.
Expected Results:
It should have let the buttons be dragged off.
I am using the default theme.

according to bug 429964, it should be fixed in the nightly builds
