430950 - When download manager pops up to download the .exe file only half of the download manager appears.

Only part of the download manager is shown. When I go to download the file it only shows part of the download manager. I tried this on another site, to download different software and the same result occurred. In case its related I also have the Firefox add on Down Them All Running. When the download manager shows it only shows the option for Down Them All but doesn't show an OK, or cancel button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the GIMP home page.
2.Go to downloads
3.Attempt to download for Windows.
Actual Results:  
Download Manager only pops up half way. Shows only one option for downloading and OK and Cancel buttons are unseen.

Expected Results:  
Allowed for the download manager to be shown completely.

I have the add-on Down Them All running (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201).
