When using Windows XP with no theme, on Firefox 3b5, the bottom of the status bar leaves annoying marks and cut-off letters after it displays text.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Services and Applications>Services.
2. Click on themes and disable it.
3. Go to Firefox.
4. Hover over a link.
5. Unhover.
6. Hover over a different link.
Actual Results:  
Shows marks/lines at the bottom of the status bar and some of the letters are cut off.

Expected Results:  
Not show the marks at the bottom of the status bar and show the full letters.

I was using the default Firefox theme.

This sounds a little bit like bug 412646 (which was fixed after beta 5), but the fix there was only for the find bar and not the status bar as a whole.

Was not able to reproduce this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008042421 Minefield/3.0pre
