nn-NO thunderbird should be green, or close to green.

I remember I used to think that not knowing anything about a bug, how to evaluate its rightness, what all it involved, who should review it, meant that I should stay away from it. Lately, though, I'm coming to realize that means I should grab it, quick, before I get stuck on the reviewing side, having to know all that.
So, is this really all there is to it?
