Is there anywhere I can look on my machine to find it? I.E., where is it
usually stored. Nothing else is missing, so this is highly unusual.

Terry, has this issue been resolved? If we don't hear from you within the next two weeks, I assume that it works now for you and that this bug can be closed.

No further feedback from the bug reporter. Since neither the subject nor the description mention anything about a prior crash, this matches bug 392956.
