The navigation toolbar (Back and Forward) is the only item in the top toolbar, this is repeated all the way across the screen. I cannot type in a url since the url box is not shown.

The strange thing is that when I log in using my XP account I don't see this problem. This only happens on my wife's account. We are both admins on the box.
