Bug 430254 broke a couple of things, some more obvious than others.
* For some variables, the old representation was used
* Removed passing of extraData, which was also old and is now not in the
calIGoogleRequest interface
* Added ensureSession() helper to simplify code
* Already added setProperty("disabled") code, which doesn't do any harm until
we support disabling calendars (coming up)
