Details
1. Start 'Standard' install.
2. If there is not enough available space on the default target drive,
you get a dialog to choose another target directory.
2r. After validating this dialog, you can't get (to) it again. It is skipped.
Workarounds:
*Cancel then restart installation.
*Go (back) to Custom install, modify the target, come back to Standard install.
When the target is not the default one, this dialog should reappear.

I tested both Firefox v3 and SeaMonkey v2 (Trunks).

That is intentional for a standard install in general in that it was decided to not show the wizard page if the drive where the install directory is located has enough space... less pages == better being the logic stated. We *might* make it so the install directory page is shown again for a standard install under the scenario you outlined but the added complexity as I see it isn't worth it.

That's what I guessed.

This bug scenario emphasizes the _again_ case.
> worth it.
(I don't know how complex the added code would be.)

The stub installer which is the basis for the installer rewrite has solved this problem so adding dependency to the installer rewrite.
Depends on: 651965

Since this is fixed in the stub installer which is our primary distribution method and the full installer will get this automatically after it is converted to use the same UI when there is time to rewrite it I am going to wontfix this.
