When you save the web page into your local machine, the download dialog
does not display japanese file name.
Steps of reproduce
1. Go to some web page, example, http://home.netscape.com/ja
2. Select menu File|Save Page As..
3. Put the Japanese name as File name
In the Saving file dialog, the Japanese file name is displayed as garbage.
Tested 2000-06-20-08 Mac, Linux, and Win32 build.

Is this about the progress dialog? I can input/see Japanse correctly in the
SaveAs dialog.

I can type and see Japanese file name in SaveAs dialog, WORKSFORME.
