As discussed in a meeting today, we're going to try cloning qm-win2k3-03 and
installing it on mozilla2 unittest.

Steps to be done:
0. create cltbld user
1. upgrade python,
2. upgrade twisted,
3. upgrade buildbot

according to reference platform documents.

4. add builder to master config
5. create and connect slave

darned cut and paste error. We're not cloning qm-win2k3-03, we're going to move it into the new moz2 unittest pool.

first green build complete. Adding to Mozilla2 tree on Tinderbox. Made a couple of environmental tweaks to the master.cfg.
