two suggestions for spell checking -
Typoing the end of words that end in ing as <front>gin results in <front> space gin as the correction. It should give preference to <front>ing
It should recognize ; in a word like doesn';t as most likely meaning doesn't. currently it is awkward to correct this.
It would be wonderful to have a way to step thru an entire message in spelling correct mode, like Word does.

1. frontgin works for me, maybe fixed by Hunspell
