STR:
1. Load http://remora-3.5.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/developers/versions/edit/42791
2. Under "Compatible Applications", click "Add New Application"
Expected Results:
The "Please Select an Application" dropdown should appear.
Actual Results:
Using IE 7, I get "'application_names' is undefined"
