Works in autocomplete, appears to only use bind dn for autocomplete though (no visibility in address book and offline copy fails)

doing a capture of the traffic shows that autocomplete correctly supplies a bind dn and password, while the address book replication does not ( the response from the windows 2003 server is "LdapErr: DSID-0C090627, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create ldap resource to MS Win2003 server with bind dn supplied
2. attempt offline replication

Actual Results:  
"replication failed" in dialogue; packet capture shows "LdapErr: DSID-0C090627, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection" is returned from the server

Expected Results:  
Made address list available offline

Duplicate of bug 316170 that has already been fixed for the next major version of Thunderbird. Unfortunately can't be fixed on the 2.x branch because the changes it requires are too much for security/stability fixes.
