This bug exists to track other bugs that report regressions that were
introduced in NSS 3.12.0.

Note that, for purposes of this bug, "regressions" will be broadly 
defined to include both
- features of older NSS 3.11.x releases that no longer work correctly, AND
- new features of NSS 3.12 that were flawed upon introduction, especially 
  if the flaw causes a crash.

It will NOT include missing features that were originally planned for 3.12.

The list of bugs blocking this bug is only preliminary.  I expect it will
grow before it shrinks.
