This bug is to include those polish fixes for nsbeta2 that are required to make the primary windows of the application usable. This is not to include fixes to dialogs or widgets within dialogs.
Marking nsbeta2, this bug is to cover the work not yet completed to make the Classic Skin usable for PR2. It is only polish and restricted to the primary windows of the application.

Closing bug. We have polished the Classic Skin as much as we could in the time allowed. We will pick up again once the tree opens for nsbeta3 development.
