After Firefox update of the addons check at the startup a window shows the list of incompatible addons, i just wann to look over those addons and tried to scroll down and it wont !! i.e while scrolling down and leaving the mouse it's automatically moved towards upwards!!.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download Lots of incompatible addons for FF 3.0 ( i have 2.X version of firefox too )
2.Start the firefox, it will check foir the updates and also it will show the incompatible version addons.
3.Scroll down to view the list ( i got problem while scrolling down )
Actual Results:  
While scrolling down it wonn, will stay at the top even if u scroll the scroll bar. 

Expected Results:  
all incompatible addons should be viewable.

it's not scrolling.
