User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727) Build Identifier: 2.0.0.14 (20080421) This is a very straightforward problem to report, but probably not entirely straight forward to fix. On any imap connection involving a slight delay, it's possible to change message selection after deleting a message, change focus to a new message, only to have focus changed back after thunderbird finally gets around to deleting the original message. I realize some people may not interpret this as a major bug, necessarily, but for someone who experiences it daily when using imap, it's a major distraction and creates a fairly poor user experience. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. On a slow connection/imap server hit [Delete] on the current message 2. Hit an arrow key or use the mouse to immediately select another random message (before the delete finishes) 3. Once Thunderbird removes the deleted message, it will select the chronologically next message, removing the current manual selection.
