This bug happens with Thunderbird 2.0.0.14 en-US, Firefox 3.0RC2 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0) and Sunbird 0.8 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13pre) Gecko/20080331 Sunbird/0.8), all downloaded today.

Using a newly installed Windows XP SP3 (sic).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the application as administrator. Remember to untick the "Start <application> now" button at the last page of the installation.
2. Start -> Run -> thunderbird -profilemanager
3. Click "Create profile".
4. Click "Next" -> "Choose Folder".
5. Select a directory with an existing folder.
6. Click "OK" -> "Finish".
Actual Results:  
The "Start Thunderbird" and "Cancel" buttons are partly below the bottom of the window, making them unreadable.

Expected Results:  
The window should resize vertically to accommodate all the contents.

Given this set of apps, moving to Firefox -> Startup and Profile system as that is destined to become a core/common component in the expected bugzilla reorganisation, and Firefox is the core/main product for this code.
