43787 - Can't drag and drop to a mail folder

In this morning's build (6/25/2000) I can't drag and drop a message to a folder.
 When I try I only get a line between the folders but I'm not able to drop into
a folder.

Actually this appears to be a tree widget or drag and drop bug. Drag and drop
works fine if I don't scroll the folder pane.  As soons as I scroll the folder
pane, the line that denotes drag and drop no longer matches my cursor and for
some reason I'm no longer able to select a folder. With the number of folders I
have, I can't drag and drop to some folders without scrolling.  I see a similar
problem in the bookmarks window where the cursor no longer matches the drag and
drop line after scrolling, but dropping still seems possible.


Reassigning to hyatt and cc'ing pinkerton. Candice, if this looks like it might
still be our bug, could you take this back.

verified duplicate.  The other bug is nsbeta+.  I've added myself to the other 
bug on the cc list.
