If I try to paste a graph from Excel or OOCalc it does not see anything in the clipboard

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create graph in Excel or OOCalc. (I'd bet this is more general problem than just this app.
2. Copy the graph
3. Try to paste in to new message.
Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Paste in graph. Convert to bitmap. Might be good to have option as to the type of bitmap (Outlook defaults to BMP file) or svg.

* from OOCalc to MS-Paint works
* from OOCalc to TunberBird NOT-WORK
* from OOCalc to GoogleDoc on Firefox NOT-WORK
* from OOCalc to GoogleMail on Firefox NOT-WORK (but place a place holder)
* from MS-Paint to TunberBird works
* from MS-WordPad to TunberBird NOT-WORK
* from OOCalc to TunberBird NOT-WORK

OO and Libre paste copied chart WFM, on win7 using version 60
