Thunderbird's profile migrator has various instances where it uses nsISupportsArray and it doesn't need to. There's one instance that we won't be able to change, as its a core function call, but lets fix the ones we can. The main reason I want to do this now is to make it easier for me to port some bugs from SeaMonkey. I've tested this on mac, which covers linux as well. The changes for the windows files are simple (those functions always return nsnull) so any breakages will show up on build.

Patch checked in -> fixed. For testers, check all the profile migration types still work to the same extent.
