When a user opens an email that has been forwarded as an attachment, and creates a reply, that composition can't be saved as a Draft.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get an email w/ an attached email (forwarded).
2.Double click the attached email to open it
3.Click Reply All
4. Click Save as Draft
Actual Results:
Save Draft Error
Unable to save your message as draft.
Please verify that your Mail & Newsgroups account settings are correct and try again.
Expected Results:
Saved a copy in the drafts folder
