User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; it; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; it; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 On this site, I see slow and lagging visualization during scrolling down and up of the page. Same for www.solo-lost.net/forum/ and other sites. I hope someone can reply to me, I'm really worried for this problem. All these pages are W3C compliant. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to URL indicated 2.Scroll fast from the bottom to the top and vice-versa Actual Results: Strange repeated lag Expected Results: No leg
See bug #431993, this is a dupe just with another site. The problem comes from the fixed-image background...
ok, good advice, but there will be a way to solve tha problem without remove image background?
I don't know for sure but I've seen around that this bug occurs usually when large png's are used (possibly because of the rescaling) so if you're the Dev of that site you can try smaller images, jpgs, etc. Dunno for sure though. Please mark the bug as a duplicate of bug 431993
