When I try to modify an advanced option into the options window, I can't navigate across the tabs because it is more big than the option window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Click on tool menu
3.Select Options
4.Click on Advanced Icon
Actual Results:  
The system displays the advanced options panel[tabs, inputs, labels, separators] and wait for user action.

Expected Results:  
The system should displays the advanced options panel[tabs, inputs, labels, separators] with a good components size and wait for user action.

Well i have installed the X Vista OS X them pack in my PC. It modifies some look and feels characteristics.
