User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008061004 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008061004 Firefox/3.0 I have a Macbook and when I was on the computer this morning, I got done surfing and closed my computer lid. When I got back this afternoon, I opened up my computer, closed out of firefox to refresh it (aka live bookmark feeds) and opened it back up while having an internet connection. The 'live bookmark feed failed to load' came up at the top of the live bookmarks. So I had to manually reload them all, even though I had closed out of Firefox, waited a few seconds, and opened it back up. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Shut computer down. Open it back up, wait for internet connection. 2. Open up Firefox. 3.Live bookmark feeds failed to load show up. Have to manually reload them. Actual Results: Manually reload them. Expected Results: It was OK, but still a pain to do.
I have the exact same problem, it is entirely reproducible: take Mac OS X Tiger with latest Firefox version (v3.0.1). Start computer and open Firefox - all bookmark feeds load. Shut lid to go into standby and then come out of standby - all feeds say "failed to load", no matter how long you wait or what you try. Quit Firefox, restart the app and everything works again.
