The printing of a schedule with several calendars in it: no colour key is present, so it is meaningless to the people who are to receive it. In general the printouts need more work - iCal does what I need in this respect, with text size variation, clear colour keys etc.
On the other hand, I love the multiweek screen display that can be started on any day of the week. In Australia we work in fortnights, and I haven't seen another program that does that.
