Could you be more specific about what happens? a) Does a dialog pop up explaining an error? b) Does the program appear in the task manager for a short while before disappearing? c) Does blanking your profile (after backing up, of course) cause it to run? d) What dialogs or confirmations do appear? e) Are you running as a user or as an administrator? Is the UAC activated?
Version: unspecified → 2.0
(a) No (b) No (c) How do I blank my profile? (d) None (e) Have tried both - it makes no difference!
