Topcrash [@ nsBaseWidget::RemoveChild(nsIWidget*)].

This is the #1 topcrash for Firefox 3.0 in the past two weeks, with
22406 incidents.  Seems to be Windows only.  Sample crash reports:

Is xsupport.dll the culprit?  Google suggests it's a "Firefox toolbar"
of some sort:

Several of the comments blamed it, see last three crash reports above.
If my guess is right above, then we should probably blocklist (some versions of)
this plugin...
