When I load the page about:robots, the two last bullets in the ul-li list are bigger than the first ones.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load about:robots in firefox 3

Actual Results:  
Two last bullets larger than two first bullets

Expected Results:  
Same size on all bullets

I see the opposite here.
The last two bullets are slightly smaller than the first two.
(3.0 on Linux)

Only a 1px height difference here in Linux.  (Mandriva 2008.1 w/ KDE 3.5.9)

Yep, looks to be the cause.

We could consider switching to "disc" bullets in netError.css to work around this in the meantime.  Seems to work fine.  If we'd rather not, then someone just dupe this to bug 376690.
