Similar to what I explained in bug 442484, we also should use MOZILLA_DIR instead of topsrcdir in makensis.mk so that SeaMonkey, Thunderbird and later Sunbird can continue to use the source from toolkit there.

And here's the patch for this. I'm not on Windows, but I'm told by Windows devs that it works. (BTW, conviently, makensis.mk is already included in our Makefiles after rules.mk so MOZILLA_DIR is defined.)
