Our goal for including an RSS feed in the live bookmark is to demonstrate dynamic, changing and relevant content. We would suggest you choose something your users are interested in and that is locally relevant. By default this is the same as en-US, which is BBC news.

In bug 410777, we agreed on http://sampada.net/node/feed, though http://in.kannada.yahoo.com/ was mentioned, too.

The implementation is done via a change of the redirect on mozilla.com, and is a server-side change only.

please confirm which feed is agreed to. 
if it is Yahoo - we do not need their permission to ship
if it is sampada - we will need to obtain their permission before shipping
if we go with yahoo we can change to sampada at a later date as it's a server side change but it's better to choose one we think users will appreciate
