Overview Description:
  absolute/fixed positioning and overflow: not initially painted (win32)

Steps to Reproduce:
1) load either of the two attachments to bug #44192

    http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=10789

Actual Results: 

  The main body of the page (containing Latin text) does not initially
  display.

  If you grab the vertical scrollbar (i.e. guess where it is), then the
  text and scrollbar thumb and slider will appear.  If you click on the
  scrollbar buttons, they will appear as well.

Expected Results: text and scrollbars should appear.

Reproducibility: always

NOTE: these attachments have serious problems when you use native
 scrollbars (on win32/mac/linux)

This works fine for me. Adding dependence on my nsViewManager2 patch in case 
that's the fix.
