Build Identifier: Firefox/3.0
Few times, ago I observe a strange bug in Firefox 3.
For instance, I have an open web-site (in a normal navigation tab), and I want to open a new website, entering the website address.
To realize this, I open a new navigation tab: I press Ctrl+T and add a valid website address. After that, I press Enter or try to access the green arrow from the right of the address bar. Then, nothing it happens. The browser didn’t send a HTTP connection request.
But if I try to search with the “search toolbar”, then I can access any kind of website.
This behavior it appears on any other valid website address introduced from keyboard (in the same Firefox application instance), and appears randomly. If I open a new Firefox app instance, then everything is fine.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I have an open web-site (in a normal navigation tab), and I want to open a new website, entering the website address.
2. I press Ctrl+T and add a valid website address.
3. I press Enter or try to access the green arrow from the right of the address bar. Then, nothing it happens. The browser didn’t send a HTTP connection request.
