Details

We should regularly check user homepage and other system URLs against spam blocklist services.
Are there public spam blocklists we can consume or do you just want to steal something like http://wikitravel.org/en/Wikitravel:Local_spam_blacklist ?
Phishing protection is built into the browser (is that what you mean by spam)? ->wontfix
