We need some kind of meta data for each addon that describes:
- Has it passed accessibility review? Or perhaps have an a11y rating -- allow users to mark an add-on as accessible vs. not accessible. CNET does this -- they have an official review separate from user reviews.
- Is it an add on specifically built to help enable people with disabilities? (such as Accessibar)
The query system should be able to take advantage of this, or a user's profile should be able to have a setting so that they only see the accessible addons.

You can use tags to flag an add-on as a11y. We're not going to do a specific automated flag for passing an a11y review.
