|Unicode Technical Report #36: Unicode Security Considerations has been  
|updated to include information about UTF-8 over-consumption security  
|exploits, the recent changes in Unicode Identifiers, issues in Property and  
|Character Stability, and potential exploits due to deletion of  
|noncharacters.
