I have three other tests in download manager that trigger NS_ASSERTION for mWindowCreator being missing, too.

Keywords: assertion, testcase
Summary: Vista x64: test_bug_395092.js | test failed → Vista x64, WindowCreator: test_bug_395092.js | test failed
That means somehow the download is failing, and it's trying to create an nsIPrompt to let you know.

Product: Firefox → Toolkit
Depends on: 428078
[Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1a2pre) Gecko/20080812190058 Minefield/3.1a2pre] (home, debug) (W2Ksp4)

This may be due to my build config, but I'm not seeing this assertion.
Instead, I get
{{
*** Throwing trying to get MozBinD

WARNING: Could not instantiate attachment execution service
: file .../toolkit/components/downloads/src/nsDownloadScanner.cpp, line 220

pldhash: for the table at address 01AAFF7C, the given entrySize of 48 probably favors chaining over double hashing.
}}

Can you check what you are currently getting ?

And the test "*** PASS ***" :-|
The code is fault tolerant for not getting that stuff. Shouldn't be this issue.

Alex, still hitting this?
