This is our first time doing a release on hg. Note we are also doing this manually, not automated, so will take longer then normal.

These are based off of the existing configs for 3.1, and early release mozconfigs for 3.0 alphas

Standard8 pointed out on irc that you missed --enable-update-channel=beta on Win32. Otherwise looks good.

Note that tagging had to be done from my laptop because we do not have a cltbld account that can check-in to hg.mozilla.org (nor does the build network have ssh access to hg.m.o).

Now shipped, despite the last minute fun with bug#448019 ! :-)
Note that the MD5SUMS and SHA1SUMS files are missing. Win32 installer is signed, and all files have the usual GPG .asc file, but we typically also provide these MD5 / SHA1 sums, as further safety check. Once bug#448019 is fixed, we can go back and create those *SUMS files.
