Might be related to bug 44666
Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Delete Users50 and mozregistry.dat (so you no longer have an account)
(2) Load the browser
(3) Choose File | New > Message
The compose window appears as it should, and a second later, the account wizard
appears.
(4) Press Cancel in the account wizard.
(5) Type in the subject textfield.
As you do so, the titlebar isn't updated as it usually is. The following
continuously appears in the console as you type:
JavaScript error:
chrome://messenger/content/messengercompose/MsgComposeCommands.js line 526: msgC
ompose has no properties

It's the same problem as bug 44666. The Initialization of the Compose window
failed when we don't have a mail account therefore the compose window is not
working at all.
