bug 417516 adds toplevel Makefile targets for test suites to mozilla-central, we should get this working from comm-central as well.

This will probably just mean making our makefile forward those to the Mozilla makefile, as tests are executed at the Mozilla level.
Yeah, I was thinking you could just include that makefile, but I guess the paths wouldn't quite be right.
This patch forwards all the targets to the mozilla Makefile and implements mochitests-browser-chrome for SeaMonkey the same way as Firefox, caring that it's only executed via the Mozilla build system so paths are correct.
