Reappears when window is narrowed. Windows of different sites are not the same, so you are constantly required to change the width of the window to get the down scroll carat (not the elevator ) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Change width of window to more than site, or less than site.l 2. 3. Actual Results: The lower carat appears and disappears. Sometimes the carat is integrated into the size selection spot. When it is , it is not functional. Expected Results: Carat always present and functionsl independent of window size.
Assuming you mean the down scroll arrow here. One work-around is to always show the statusbar (see the View menu).
